That’s why I usually start by working onsite with you and your team. I get to see how work actually flows through the business, where information gets stuck, which systems aren’t helping and where too much still depends on the owner.
Once I understand what’s really happening, we can simplify it together.

why i start onsite
Because the useful stuff isn’t always in the process manual
How people actually work can be very different from how everyone thinks they work.
Being onsite allows me to see the handovers, workarounds, duplicated effort, interruptions and little frustrations that often go unnoticed because they’ve simply become “how we do things here”. I’ll talk to the people doing the work, understand the systems you’re using and follow what happens from one part of the business to another.
That’s often where the real opportunities for improvement appear.
DOES EVERYTHING HAVE TO BE ONSITE?
No
Onsite is usually where we start, not necessarily where we stay.
Once I understand your business, much of the ongoing work can often be handled remotely or through a mixture of onsite and remote support.
The balance depends on what we’re working on and what makes most sense for your business.
